Shipping
Holiday Period Delays
- Please be patient and expect order processing and shipping delays over the holiday period between 24th December and 6th of January.
- We are closed on public holidays and couriers will take longer than usual.
Postage and Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over $99 to residential and business addresses in New Zealand, excluding Rural addresses and some large Bulky items.
- Orders under $99 cost $6.99
- Rural orders are $9.99
- Bulky orders are calculated based on weight and size
- Aerosol and Dangerous Goods are $9.99
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not include some items which are only stocked in store, such as Bikes, Power Products, Sprayers, C-Dax and INEX. Please contact your local branch about these products and shipping options. Free Shipping does not include bulky or dangerous goods.
- All orders are sent via courier and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order as soon as we receive it.
- Rural delivery has an additional charge and may take longer depending on the address and your local rural delivery provider.
- We cannot send items to P.O Boxes, if you enter a P.O Box we will contact you for an alternative residential or business delivery address.
- You can combine shipping on multiple items but must pay freight on at least one item, unless your combined item value is over $99. Orders placed more than 30 minutes apart do not qualify for combined freight as the first order may already be processed. Combined shipping also excludes Bulky or dangerous goods.
Shipping Times
Most of our orders are processed on the same day (Unless placed over the weekend) as we receive the order. If your order has been placed after 3pm, it may be processed the next business day. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be processed the next working day.
After your order has been shipped, we estimate you should receive your order based on the timeframes below:
COVID-19 delays: When we are in any level of lockdown or have recently left lockdown all couriers can experience additional delays of up to 3 working days. This is out of our control and effects everyone sending courier packages, use the tracking number provided to contact the courier about delivery timeframes for your order.
North Island: Generally overnight, but please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. Rural delivery can take up a lot longer depending on your address and local delivery provider.
South Island: Smaller items that fit into a courier satchel usually take 1-3 business days. Medium-large items usually take 2-4 business days. Rural delivery can take a lot longer depending on your address and local delivery provider.
Outer Islands: We do not ship to outer islands such as Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or Chatham Islands, please ask us a question first to confirm if your shipping address is not in the North Island or South Island.
Order cancellation: Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.
International Buyers
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you require a quote on a specific order to send internationally please use the contact us form.
Returns*
Returned products can only be accepted if they are in the same condition they were purchased in. If the packaging is damaged or broken they will not be accepted for return neither will fitted hard parts. If a product has been sent by mistake or the product does not fit the bike it says it fits in the fitment tool, then we will send a replacement part if available to your dealer.
