HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The vast majority of our orders are shipped out from our warehouse on the same day as we receive the order. However, if your order has been placed after 3.30pm, it may be shipped the next business day.
All shipments are dispatched with a tracking number, for an indication of shipping times, please see below:
North Island Non Rural: Generally overnight, but please allow up to 2 business days for delivery.
North Island Rural: Depends heavily on the local courier, can be up to 5 additional business days.
South Island Non Rural: Smaller items (fit into a courier satchel) 1-2 business days. Medium-large items 2-3 business days
South Island Rural: Depends heavily on the local courier, can be up to 5 additional business days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
